We reserve the right to delay order processing without prior notice if necessary.


SHIPPING TIMELINES

Important:

  • Delivery timelines are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors
  • Enticova is not liable for delivery delays once the order has been dispatched

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We use third-party courier services for delivery.

Once an order is shipped:

  • Responsibility transfers to the courier partner
  • Tracking details will be provided where available

Enticova is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost shipments due to incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

SHIPPING CHARGES

ADDRESS ACCURACY

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is delayed or lost:

We will coordinate with the courier partner. However:

  • Resolution timelines are not guaranteed
  • Any compensation is subject to courier policies
  • Enticova is not liable for courier-related losses

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Record a video while opening the package
  • Report the issue within 48 hours

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.


PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Enticova reserves the right to ship orders in multiple packages. Items may arrive separately.


SERVICE LIMITATIONS

We may refuse or cancel shipping to certain locations, including high-risk or non-serviceable areas.


FORCE MAJEURE

Enticova is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, lockdowns, or technical failures.
