At Enticova, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products and operations, all refund and return requests are subject to strict evaluation and approval by our team.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We do not accept general returns.

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without valid proof of issue
  • Minor variations (color, size, design differences due to display)
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Used, worn, or altered products
  • Requests made after the allowed time period
  • Products with minor differences in color, design, or appearance compared to images shown on the website are not eligible for return or refund.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds will ONLY be issued if:

  • The issue is verified and approved by Enticova
  • The product qualifies under our return conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Offer a replacement instead of a refund
  • Provide store credit instead of cash refund
  • Reject any request that does not meet our criteria

INSPECTION & APPROVAL

Once your request is submitted:

  • Our team will review your case
  • Additional details may be requested
  • Final decision will be made after verification

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Refund/return decisions may take 5–10 business days or longer depending on the case
  • Approved refunds may take 5–15 business days to reflect

Delays may occur due to:

  • Payment provider processing
  • Banking delays
  • High request volume

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.


CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping (if applicable) may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise

FRAUD & ABUSE

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims suspected to be fraudulent
  • Block users who abuse the refund system
  • Take legal action if necessary
